Overview

At WearMyDear, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience and high-quality products.

Custom & Bridal Orders

Cancellation or Refund for Bridal Wear and Custom Orders is NOT possible as these items are specially designed and stitched upon order.

Return & Exchange Conditions

All returns and exchanges are allowed unless specifically restricted for certain products or collections.

Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the product.

The product must be:

Unworn

Unwashed

In its original packaging and condition as delivered to you.

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality check before approval.

Shipping & Deductions

All paid orders that are not received by the customer will be refunded with a deduction of shipping charges plus 2.5% of the order value.

Returns that are not due to a product defect will only be eligible for Store Credit after deducting shipping charges.

After Review

Once your return request is reviewed by our Quality Team:

We will offer an Exchange or Store Credit for future purchases if the issue is valid.
